1. Service is available only to Web Site owners, Affiliate Managers, or their Marketing firms. 
   We do not accept submissions from affiliates. See FAQ for reason.

2. Affiliate Program must be free to join. (Referral program service coming soon)

3. We do not promote, nor do the directories we submit to,  sites that violate intellectual property rights, promote illegal activities, or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. 

4. We do not guarantee acceptance of your listing by any directory, including AffiliateFirst.com.  (AffiliateFirst terms of listing can be found Here)

5. We currently do not list Pharmacy or Casino programs but can and do submit their information to the other directories.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to any site that we deem would be inappropriate or unacceptable to the directories.
